"Looked cute online, but I regret buying it"
I ordered a few home items from francfranc.com because everything looked so cute in the photos, and I got a little carried away. Once they arrived, I started feeling that buyer’s remorse quickly. The chair looks nice, but it’s not comfortable at all, and the table has these weirdly sharp edges that make it annoying to use day to day.

It really feels like the design is more about looking good in pictures than actually being practical in a real home. I wanted to like the stuff, but I’m disappointed and kind of wish I’d spent the money somewhere else. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Tracking was a total mess"
I tried to track my order and had no idea what was going on. The updates were confusing and not helpful at all. What a joke.

"Cute online, but not worth it"
It looked really cute in the pictures, but once I got it, the quality just felt cheap for the price. I expected a lot better. It feels overpriced and I dont think Id buy it again.

"Good finds, but they sell out fast"
I’ve found some really nice items here, and overall I like the selection. The only downside is that the stuff I’m interested in often seems to be out of stock, which makes me think the popular items go quickly. It’s worth checking back, but it can be a little frustrating.

"Trying to Check Out Was a Whole Ordeal"
I went on the website thinking I’d just quickly grab what I needed, but it turned into a frustrating little saga. Every time I clicked around, pages would freeze up, and when I finally made it to checkout, it kept kicking me back to earlier steps. I ended up spending way more time than I expected just trying to place an order. It was annoying.

"Left Waiting With No Answers"
I waited forever for my delivery, and it felt like I was just forgotten about. No updates, no clear explanation, nothing. I get that delays happen, but being left in the dark like that was really frustrating

"Cute gifts, but the wording felt a little misleading"
I found a really cute birthday gift here, so I was happy about that part. But some of the wording made it sound like shipping would be quicker than it actually was, which was a bit frustrating. A few items also felt overpriced for what they were. It’s still fine if you’re looking for small presents, but I’d double-check the details before ordering.

"Payment was smooth"
I ordered from Francfranc JP and, the payment part was easy. My card went through on the first try, and I got the confirmation email really quickly. The only thing was that the page took a little while to load after I paid, so for a second I was like, wait, did that actually go through? But yeah, everything was fine in the end

"Lovely items, but the customer service let it down"
I ordered a few home bits from Francfranc JP and, to be fair, the items were really nice overall. One of them arrived with a small crack though, which I understand can happen, so I emailed customer service the same day with photos.
What bothered me was how long it took to get a proper response, and when they did reply, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I’d sent. I had to send the same photos again, which was frustrating. It’s not a huge ask to just acknowledge the issue properly and treat customers with a bit of basic care.
They did sort it out eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole process was slower and more annoying than it needed to be. Nice products, but the service would make me think twice before ordering again.

"Really disappointed with the sizing"

"Shipping cost was way too much"
I was planning to grab a few small home bits from francfranc.com, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost made me stop and rethink the whole order.

It was almost the same price as the items in my basket, which felt wild considering they were light, small things. I wish that had been clearer earlier because it felt like I’d spent time browsing for nothing.

The products might be lovely, but I ended up not buying anything. Just a heads-up for anyone else ordering: check the delivery fee before you get too attached to your basket.

I ordered this vase because it looked like a soft beige online, but in person it showed up looking more yellow-green. Like, what are you guys even doing with these photos? It doesn’t match my room at all, and now I have to deal with returning it. Super annoying.

"Nice quality overall, just a small hiccup"
I picked up a few home bits from francfranc i’m happy with them. The cushion covers feel soft and nicer than I expected, and the tableware has a good solid feel to it — definitely doesn’t come across as cheap. One of the items did have a tiny mark on it, which was a bit annoying, not gonna lie, so I can’t quite give it 5 stars. But overall, for the price, I think the quality is really decent. I’d probably order from them again, just maybe with slightly more picky eyes next time.

I had a frustrating experience at this store. The staff basically ignored me when I needed help, and the checkout line took forever. By the time I finally left, I felt mentally drained and like nobody there really cared about the customers.

"Disappointed with the careless packaging"
I ordered a few home items and was disappointed when the box showed up completely crushed. There was barely any padding inside, and one of the items ended up with marks on it because of that. I expected better from Francfranc. If items are being shipped out like this, they need to take responsibility and improve how they pack orders. It’s frustrating to pay for nice home goods and have them arrive damaged because the packaging wasn’t handled properly.

It looks really cute and I liked it at first, but mine literally started getting scratches after just a few weeks. Nice overall, just wish it held up better
